2.1. Promote "Your well being" and make sure that all colleagues are aware of the benefits and support available

2.2. Make sure we promote good news stories and recognise colleagues from our Areas via Talking Iceland / Social Media

2.3. Make sure all colleagues are aware of career opportunities and know how to get there.

3. We Care

3.1. Check in regularly with our colleagues and vulnerable customers to make sure they are ok !

3.2. Support and promote our charity and sustainability initiatives through social media

3.3. Make sure new members of the Iceland family are looked after to give them the best chance of success

4. We Hate Waste

4.1. Where possible support local foodbanks and charities with end of life products

4.2. Utilise staff training opportunities through E-Learning to maximise colleague productivity "Upskilling the Willing"

4.3. Do what it says on the tin ! Processes right first time every time to reduce wasted products and wasted time.

5. We Work Together

5.1. Ensure all colleagues are aware of Shared Workforce and can see the benefits of us all working together for the good of our respective areas.

5.2. Encourage all colleagues to learn new skills to be able to help in different areas of our stores.

5.3. Make sure we update staff notice boards regularly so the information is always accurate and up to date.
