1. Points to consider
1.1. We still didn’t figure it out how to start the CD phase without all the decisions finalized. Ex.: finishes presentation, structure, pool...
1.2. We had a delay, but without Rui and Pedro, that would be bigger. We probably need to organize better the DD stage
1.3. It seems that we had two different DD stages, but actually, the first part that we had was fundamental to be able to do the whole work. So, again, we need to have a better structure for the DD stage
1.4. The team should always do the work as no one will look after, even knowing that someone will check... Some mistakes in our drawings were there because the person in charge for that specific task didn't look or pay attention enough, and because of that, we had to spend more time reviewing it and sending back to check later once more
1.5. Another point that we should have in mind... For this project, we were modeling almost everything, all the furniture, objects, finishes, details that we have in the project. All these elements are represented in our model with the right material and size. And for that to happen, we had to spend more time then usual.
1.6. Because we had to model everything in this project, and for a lot of things we had to learn in order to do it, we had to spend more time than someone with the acknowledge would spend.
1.7. I tried to organize the work in a way that no one would have the necessity to work long extra hours. But this wasn't the reality for me. I was working a lot in order to review everything. Maybe for the next time, the lead architect should have fewer drawings in order to have more time to review everything, but for that, it will be necessary to add even some extra days in the timeline or more people to do the tasks.
1.8. We had a lot of back and forward with the structure, for the next project we will need to find a better way to communicate and to solve our necessities.

Finishes presentation - I spent a good amount of time doing the finishes presentation, mostly it was because we had to change not just the finishes or style of the spaces, but we had to change the presentation itself. If we could have a better idea of what we want, it would be easier or we should be fine with the extra time that we will need to spend to be satisfied with the work. The problem is... We are always running to finalize, so every second count and it could help us to finalize the work. * Even.. it would be good to understand better the client and their preferences before starting the finishes presentation
