1.1. 1. Formal Regions: Hawaii has many churches all over the island and nearly half of Hawaii's residents practice some form of Christianity. The religions of Catholic, Christian, Protestant seem to be most common on the mainland. Far east religions include more of Buddhism and Judaism.

1.2. 2. Functional Region of Hawaii would include the island of Oahu which is carved into 5 distinct and dynamic regions: Honolulu, the Windward Coast, Central Oahu, the Leeward Coast, and the North Shore.

1.3. 3. The vernacular region of Hawaii would be the east and the formal region of Honolulu is that it is the capital and most populous city of the state of Hawaii, which is part of the U.S.A.

1.4. The region of Hawaii that gets the busiest is O'hau.

2. Human Environment Interaction

2.1. 1. The majority of environmental problems affecting Hawaii today are related to pressures from increasing human and animal population and urban expansion both directly on the islands and overseas.

2.2. 2. This can include; the tourism, urbanization, climate change implications, pollution, and invasive species.

2.3. 3. Humans changed the landscape to suit their own needs by bringing non-native plants and animals. They also cleared forests for tourist developments and houses.

4.1. 1. The economy of Hawaii thrives off tourism, defense (the U.S. military is a critical part of Hawaii's economy), and agriculture.

4.3. 3. In the year of 2018, Hawaii exported $660 million of Made-in-America goods to the world. In 2016, exports from Hawaii supported an estimated of 3,232 jobs.

6.1. 1. Hawaii has many physical features to see and tour such as volcanoes, Koolau Ridge, Napali Coast, Iao Valley, Mauna Kea, Diamond Head, and Kalaupapa Cliffs.

6.2. 2. Hawaii is known for their stunning beaches and the weather is semi-tropical.

6.3. 3. Hawaii is expensive to live at and has lots of traffic.

6.4. 4. On the average year, Hawaii is said to get 70 inches of rain.
