3.1. = Constant assess the course analysis, design, development and implementation

3.2. Focus on the goals attendance, contend and methods improvement, feedback over each aspect of the course.

3.3. Outcomes: Surveys, Evaluation Report and Actionable Changes for the current or future courses

4. ANALYSIS

4.1. = audit the current learning situation in terms of context, audience, existing practices, knowledge gap, business goals and goals of the training

4.2. Analyze the current situation: 🤷‍♂️ Who is the Audience and their characteristics? 🤷‍♀️ Why is training needed? 🤷‍♂️ What type of behavioral change is desired? 🤷‍♀️ What are the delivery options? 🤷‍♂️ What is the timeline?

4.3. Outcomes: Training Needs Analysis & Training Plan

5. DESIGN

5.1. = transform the outcomes of the Analysis phase into practical Decisions

5.2. Decide upon Strategy, Principles and Learning Objectives, Delivery Methods, Structure (content, exercises, flow), Duration, Assessment and Feedback

5.3. Outcomes: Overview of the Course Design & Storyboard +/- Prototype
