3. DEVELOPMENT

3.1. = Create and assemble the content assets; create the course

3.2. Add details, polish the course by adding graphics, choosing templates, fonts and colors, create assignments and feedback mechanisms, It's an iterative process, testing the user experience (navigation, accuracy, flow of the contents

3.3. Outcome: course content (advisable, with a pilot test first)

4. IMPLEMENT

4.1. = delivering the course

4.2. Upload the course in a LMS and monitor the situation; continue to analyze, design develop and evaluate the course.

4.3. Outcomes: the course is live in the LMS and learners can take and complete the course

5. EVALUATION

5.1. = Constant assess the course analysis, design, development and implementation

5.2. Focus on the goals attendance, contend and methods improvement, feedback over each aspect of the course.

5.3. Outcomes: Surveys, Evaluation Report and Actionable Changes for the current or future courses
