Challenges of implementing self-managed teams effectively

1. need to gather very high skilled member

1.1. cant employ new/fresh graduate

2. need the skills to deal with conflicts within group members

2.1. everyone has a very strong character and their self opinion

3. Hard to get team mate who can work efficiently without supervision

3.1. it is human nature, when there are no one who supervise @ monitor us, we tend to work leisurely.might effect team performance

4. not all members can be a leader

4.1. Leadership need to be learnt through formal education / experiences. And some people can be good follower but not a leader
