1.1. refers to a level of psychological well-being or an absence of mental illness

2.2.1. There is 80 years long Harvard study done on individuals that showed the quality of close social relationships was actually the best victor of health and happiness.

2.3.1. Do not blame or criticise; Instead talk out a problem without anger, recrimination, or blame.

2.3.2. Try to show you appreciate your friend or contact through various verbal and non-verbal cues.

2.3.3. The more valued a friend feels, the more enjoyable their experience is in the relationship and the longer they will want to keep it going.

3. physical

3.1. refers to the state of your physical body and how well it is operating

3.2. influenced by levels of physical activity, adequate nutrition and rest

3.3. ways to ensure physical health

3.3.1. engage in physical activity which trains their strength, flexibility and endurance

3.3.2. watching their diet includes ensuring sufficient nutrient and fluid intake, and having a healthy digestion

3.3.3. abstinence from or reduced consumption of alcohol and drugs

4. emotional

4.1. refers to a person’s feelings which encompasses everything about oneself.

4.2. governs all of their decisions, their mood, and the teenagers are (self-identity)

4.2.1. from your relationships to your mindset to your personality, to how you want to show up in the world

4.3. feelings of anxiety, stress, worthlessness

4.3.1. are common negative emotions that can have a hugely detrimental effect on teenagers' emotional health

4.4. rightly understand themselves, and find out from where these negative emotions are coming

4.4.1. setting themselves up for a lifetime of consistent success.
