1. DISPOSICIONES GENERALES
1.1. Artículo 1.- La presente Ley es reglamentaria de las disposiciones de la Constitución Política de los Estados Unidos Mexicanos que se refieren a la protección al ambiente en materia de prevención y gestión integral de residuos, en el territorio nacional.
