1. drink water during the day to help keep from having so many trips to the bathroom during the night

2. goal 1: get at least 8 hrs of sleep a night.

2.1. if i have to be up by 6 a.m. I need to be in my bed by 10:30 p.m. and sleep by 11:00

3. goal 2: do not eat after 6 p.m.

3.1. this is to help with my indigestion problems

4. drink more water during the day and go to the bathroom more during the day.

4.1. watch my sodium/ salts and hidden salts in processed foods.

5. go for afternoon walk and get some sunlight to help my mood and clear my mind a few hours before bedtime.

5.1. get my heart rate up

5.2. do 2 to 4 hours before bedtime

5.3. take warm shower and rinse in cold water

5.4. do not watch t.v. 30 minutes before bedtime

5.5. stay of phone in bed

6. monitor my bedtime and keep a record of it

6.1. how many times do i wake up during the night and go to bathroom.
