2.1.3. Undertaken to understand the characteristics of organization that follow certain common practices
2.2. Purpose
2.2.1. Understand the characteristic of a group in a given situation
2.2.2. Think systematically about aspects in a given situation

3. Exploratory Study
3.1. Meaning
3.1.1. Is undertaken when not much is known about the situation at hand, or no information is available on how similar problems or research issues have been solved in the past.
