1. Poor customer service
1.1. failing to listen to the concern/query
1.2. Making a customer wait without acknowledging them.
1.3. makes little to no effort to meet customer needs or is dismissive of customer requests
1.4. disparaging the customer's needs

1.6. Getting frustrated with the customer
1.7. using profanities
1.8. interrupting the customer
1.9. Speaking rudely to customers
1.10. using jargon/technical language
1.11. Ignoring customers who ask for assistance
1.12. Chatting to your colleages instead of assisting a customer
1.13. Crossing your arms and slumping
1.14. Only pointing at where to find information
1.15. talking on personal mobile phone in front of the customer
1.16. hiding from customers
2. Being approachable and friendly
3. actively listens to the customer and does their best to meet customer needs
4. being polite
5. listening with no judgement
6. using easy to understand communications (plain English)
7. offering a range of solutions
8. providing support and guidance or recommending a person/system who can help
9. giving undivided attention
10. showing the customer the answer not just telling them the answer
11. assisting with physical tasks
