1.3. In some cases, unrealistic expectations have become a norm. This can give people a bad taste and perhaps steer them away from collaborating with a certain group in the future, or collaboration in general.

2. How can collaboration influence workplace culture?

2.1. Good collaboration has a positive impact on performance workplace culture, it makes it easier for everyone to work together. It makes for a healthy work environment where artistic and creative ideas feel welcome.

2.1.1. If people aren't collaborating with each other it would make it very difficult to create a show. Rehearsing is a very collaborative space so if people aren't listening, helping each other, coming up with ideas the show won't be able to run as best as it could.

2.2. Make it run very affectively, if everyone is doing their part the operation shall run smoothly and there won't be room for error.
