8.1. With WordPress I won't take a risk like with Kinsta you get BackUp, Support and Security. M also on Cloudways and Bunnyshell and Server Avatar. Just because of support m with Cloudways. Server Avatar I guess you get very limited support and for Bunnyshell you don't get application support just server config support. That too tales day or 2. For small website is use Bunnyshell as I have LTD and for Woocommerce Projecta I use Cloudways. Support is must 🙂
8.2. RunCloud + Hetzner (good performance for the cost) + Cloudflare APO
8.3. I use aws EC2, nginx, cloudfront, memcache, the site loads in 1.5 and scores 95 &97 on psi, this will handle all you want and won't crash your site with a lot of users
8.4. Start with a VPS, then upgrade to dedicated CPU and even up to bare metal if you need.
