4.1. The privileges and freedoms extended to all digital technology users,and the behavioal expectations that come with them.

4.2. It would be appropriate to treat people nicely online.

4.3. It would be inappropiate to call people rude names online.

5.1. The legal rights and restrections governing technology use.

5.2. It would be appropriate to rent a movie at a movie store.

5.3. It would be inappropriate to copy a friends disk.

6.1. Full electronic participation in society

6.2. The appropriate use of this is for an entire class to work together on a progect over the internet (in partners)

6.3. It would be inappropriate for partners to work online but only have one working as the other plays online games.

7.1. The buying and selling of goods online

7.2. It would be appropriate for Susan to buy a video game online from a store.

7.3. It would not be appropriate for Susan to copy a game so she did not have to pay.

8.1. The electronic exchange of information

8.2. It would be appropriate for Eddie to exchange information to a person over email.

8.3. It would be inappropriate however for Eddie to post personal information on a blog for everyone to see (if it is not his information)

9. Digital Etiquette

9.1. The standards of conduct expected by other digital technology users

9.2. An appropriate use of Digital Etiquette is to post supportive and informative statements to help others.

9.3. The inappropriate use of Digital Etiquette is to post rude or hurtful blogs of other people.
