1. Surgery Schedule

1.1. This is a document that shows when and where all of the surgeries will be preformed for that day. It's important to know who needs to be where and who is available throughout the day in case of an emergency. This also shows where the patient is and the procedure being done. In case of an emergency surgery everyone is aware of the available rooms.

2. Aftercare Documents

2.1. These forms show what a patient or nurse is to do after their care with a Doctor or Physician Assistant. This document is so the patient knows how to continue their care at home to ensure they heal properly.

3. Doctors/Nurse Work Schedule

3.1. This is a schedule to know who is working in the hospital and who to refer to during emergencies. Any type of schedule in the workplace is important so the workplace isn't overcrowded or understaffed.

4. Pre-op Papers

4.1. This is a document that tells the physician assistants, nurses, and family to do after a surgical procedure. Its always important to follow these procedures to make sure the patient is healing well and stays well nourished. These steps can change or come less as the patient gets better.

5. Medical Test

5.1. Medical test result documents are important to knowing the results of the tests the medical personal have ordered. Knowing these results alters the form of care the patient will receive. Without having medical testing it would be much harder to treat a patient. Preforming the test the wrong way could be life threatening to the patient by not getting the right results.

6. Patient Records

6.1. This document includes all of the medical history for one patient. This document is very important to let medical professionals know if the patient is allergic to anything, previous surgeries, and family history. Patient records are very private and can only be released to the patient. As the patients receives more care the record will grow.

7. Prescription Forms

7.1. A formal communication from a physician or other registered health-care professional to a pharmacist, authorizing them to dispense a specific prescription drug for a specific patient. its important not to give a patient the wrong medication as it can do more harm than good in some cases.

8. Research Grants

8.1. These forms are information regarding research sent in to a committee for the purpose of acquiring a sum of money to do more of this research. Getting a research grant allows medical professionals to continue their research on finding cure giving medical treatment a lot easier. Getting a grant is very good for the company and person receiving it.

9. Patient Intake Forms

9.1. These forms are posted on a patients room that give their information upon coming in the hospital or medical center. Normally before walking into the room a Physician Assistant will look at the patients vitals and the reason for coming in.

10. Mental Status Exam Document

10.1. This exam is to see the mental status of the patient. These are primarily given in the emergency room.
