1.2. Facilitate needs assessment meetings with IT, Faculty, the Instructional Design Team, and Staff regarding software choices prior to making firm recommendations.

1.3. Make new software recommendations and participate in meetings and new software demonstrations

1.4. Ensure licensing agreements are up-to-date

2. Support

2.1. Assist faculty and staff with account set-up

2.2. Serve as a liason between IT and faculty/students with regard to software and hardware usage

3.1. Develop training resources for faculty and students

3.2. Conduct software training for faculty and students

4.1. Troubleshoot any staff or student hardware or software issues
