1. TPAK - combining pedagogy, technology and content, focused on interacting all three aspects in a balanced way

2. PHILOSOPHY OF TECHNOLOY: Establishing your own philosophy to support how you feel about using technology and how you plan to incorporate it into your classroom

3. SCOT -Understanding how to use as technology tool can aid us in using the tool

4. COGNITIVE LOAD- brain is processor of info coming from outside, having working memory, long term memory and schemas, working memory can be overloaded, schemas are written in long term by working memory

5. CONNECTVISM - process of connecting information services, by observing connections you have the oppurtunity to become your own node, students can start to build their own networks, students are using their own knowledge and adding to it through peers and other resources

6. MEDIA ECOLOGY - media effects us no matter what, it is a big part of the world

7. CONSTRUTIVISM - Learning builds their own knowledge, student aquire knowledge and problem solving skills
