10. Look for most overlooked functionality
11. * Verify that Help matches functionality
12. * Perform any simple scenario as fast as possible
13. * Use keyboard-only for a while
14. * Get rid of all traces of software (Uninstall)
15. * Use credibly dirty data
16. * Review About dialog information
