REI Automated Disposition Process Lead Statuses

1. Key for Nodes:
1.1. Purple nodes mean a buyer is being assigned to an Auto-Followup Drip
1.2. Green nodes mean a buyer has passed a milestone in the Business' Pipeline
1.3. Blue Nodes mean you need to followup with than buyer in the future. No Auto-Followup Drip is assigned.
1.4. Orange nodes mean a buyer has responded, and you need to call them within the next business day
1.5. Yellow nodes mean that lead is in a temporary 'holding' lead status.
1.6. Red nodes mean a lead is marked as dead
1.7. Black nodes mean that a Lead is Lost
2. New Lead is Imported Status: BABY LEAD Pipeline: #Baby# Assigned to: Dispo Sequence
2.1. Lead Contacts IN-HOUSE sign Status: BABY LEAD Pipeline: #Dispo Responded# Dispo Number is added to Caller ID
2.1.1. Lead Enters Dipso Manager Sales Funnel Call 6 times

2.2.1. Auto text #1 gets sent out directing them to the 'self tour' option on our website listing
