1.2.1. No Start Menu--Microsoft has pulled the syaty button off the legacy interface, complicating any Windows 8 rollout in coporate environment
1.2.2. Hardware Outlay--Companies will have to upgrade their hardware to take advantage of the touch interface
2. Mac OXS
2.1. Pros
2.1.1. OS X Mountain Lion also allows you to back up data to iCloud and your Apple ID will allow you to download apps across multiple Macs,
2.1.2. $30 every 2 years for a new operating system/upgrade
2.2. Cons
2.2.1. but it doesn’t offer support for syncing Mac settings like your privacy preferences or which accounts you’ve added to Messages.
2.2.2. Windows XP was used for 8 years, Microsoft charged nothing extra for the service pack upgrades during that entire 8 years, compared to the additional $30 extra Mac users had to pay every 2 years to upgrade.
