7.3. This helps understand the meaning of the paragraph because it explains the night. Perilous means dangerous and hazardous therefor the night in the paragraph is a very dangerous hazardous night.

This is an important passage in the play because it is explaining how the night can bring out the worst in people.In the passage before it explains how Casca is seeing the night, and he sees things in his mind that is not really there. But Cassius is just trying to tell him that this is a very dangerous night and the earth is full of the dangerous night. He is saying how he has seen the worst of all the nights.
