3. Probation

3.1. 1st Infraction of the rules means removal of laptop access for the rest of the day

3.2. 2nd-3rd infraction of the rules means removal of laptop access for a week

3.3. 4th-5th Infraction of the rules means laptop access will be revoked fir the meaning of the grading period or permanently

3.4. The instructor has the right to remove access of laptop for any reason. Occasionally laptop access will be given for a day during probation

4. Benefits

4.1. Students can work on material for other classes

4.2. Student can use this time to make material that could benefit the class. Possibly banking them extra credit.

4.3. Students can access other students material

4.4. Students can learn real-life skills that could be critical to personal development

5. Student Work

5.1. Student projects related to class work can get be added to a students grade

5.2. If the student makes a product through their work they can make money

5.3. And a students impact can be broad and affect the entire world

6. Misconduct

6.1. Students cannot use laptops during class time with the exception to class related topics

6.2. Student must must ask for permission to use laptops

6.3. Student should not access game or social networking sites

6.4. Students cannot download without permission from the network admin
