1. Event Pre-Planning (4 weeks prior)
1.1. Set Financial Budget
1.1.1. This portion of the planning should take a minimum of 2 days.
1.2. Choose a theme
1.2.1. Because this event is for a specific cause, my client wants a theme that coincides with the success of the signing. This should take no more than 2 days.
1.3. Research/Contact Venues
1.3.1. We want to choose the best possible location. My client deserves a great party, so we want to choose wisely. This portion of the planning will take 5 days.
1.4. Research/Contact Caterers
1.4.1. Good food makes any event, better! Researching caterers should not take longer than 5 days.
1.5. Send Guest list
1.5.1. Getting the guest list together should take no longer 5 days.
1.6. Contact local Police and Security
1.6.1. This should take 2 days
2. Event Post-Planning
2.1. Review Budget

2.2. Initiate feedback of the celebration party.
