3.1. Definition: The standards of conduct expected by other digital technology users.

3.2. An appropriate example would be someone who goes online and communicates nicely with other people and read the rules of the technologies they are useing.

3.3. An inappropriate example would be somebody who uses technologies without checking out the rules

4. Digital Access

4.1. Definition: Full electronic participation in society

4.2. An appropriate example would be somebody who goes online often and talks to other people.

4.3. An inappropriate example would be somebody who does not go online and is insocial.

5. Digital Law-The Legal rights and restrictions governing technology use.

5.1. Appropriat Use-Students knowing thath they cannot copy and paste from other websites because it is copyright.

5.2. Innappropriate Use- Hacking into someones computer.

6. Digital Rights and Responsibilities-The privileges and freedoms extended to all digital technology users, and the behavioral expectations that come with them.

6.1. Appropriate Use- going off line when you are supposed to be.

6.2. Innappropriate Use- being online when you shouldnt be

7. Digital Health and Wellness-the elements of physical and psychological well-being related to digital technology use.

7.1. Appropriate Use- being aware of the dangers that can be affected by technology.

7.2. Innappropriate Use- Not paying attention to your computer and knowing nothing about the dangers of technology.

8. Digital Security-The precautions that all technology users must take to guarantee their personal saftey and the security of their network.

8.1. Appropriate Use- Not giving out your password and protecting your technology.

8.2. Innappropriate Use- Giving out your password and and not taking care of your technology

9. Digital Literacy-The Capability to use the digital technology and knowing when and how to use it.

9.1. Appropriate Use- Using MIcrosoft office responciabley.

9.2. Inappropriate Use- not being able to use Microsoft Office at home.
