3.1. Positive: Your clients would be free to tell you what they want. If your a good listener your clients won't be afraid to tell you their ideas

3.2. Negative: If you aren't open to new ideas it comes off as rude and your clients will not want you to do their hair.

4.1. Positive: Your clients stay occupied while they wait

4.2. Negative: If you don't offer anything your clients will be bored and unhappy
