"Now" Job Goals - 1 to 3 years to Recording Assistant (Dec. 2015 - Dec. 2016)

1. Education for music production, audio engineering both studio and live

1.1. Dec. 2015 - started at Full Sail University Online for Bachelor's of Science degree in music production

2. Health and Wellness

2.1. Write out a menu pattern that is easy, balanced, and healthy!

2.2. Focus on making at least ONE healthy change a week.

2.3. Walk around the neighborhood at least 30 minutes per day. - Can be broken up into 2-15 minute walks or 3-10 minute walks.

3. Internship or Apprenticeship

3.1. Search for positions in my local area.

3.2. Search in areas where the artists and producers I want to work with are!

3.3. Contact some of the members from the Raleigh NC Musician's Lounge on Facebook for internship opportunities.

4. Network! Network! Network!

4.1. Make at least 4 new contacts per month.

4.2. Find others that hold the same position to be around and soak up knowledge and advice. Get hands-on advice! Social networks are great for this!

5. Self-Assessment

5.1. Research and utilize the Decision Making Toolkit on Mindtools.com

5.2. Utilize stress management Web 2.0 tools i.e. Mindtools.com. Also, a healthy diet and exercise will help relieve stress.

5.3. Research other career building skills

6.2. Practice setting my mindset that I have to be places 15-20 minutes prior to the event, gig, appointment, etc.

6.3. Set my watch and clocks at least 10 minutes fast.

6.4. Apps on my Android will help me keep up with events and alarms ensure I get moving way ahead of the event.

7. Build/establish professional portfolio

7.1. Create Flavors.me account and link all professional portfolios to this account.

7.2. Complete online, professional portfolios like Linked In, Facebook, Twitter, ReverbNation, SoundCloud, etc.

7.3. Research a professional photographer for a professional profile picture.
