1.1. Exit out of all programs and shut off the laptop. Return the laptop to their correct number spot on the laptop cart and plug it in so it can charge.
2. Punishments
2.1. Failure to abide by these rules will result in the removal of your laptop. However, a lot of our classwork will depend on laptops, so you will have to have an adult help you use your laptop each time. Any inappropriate behavior on the laptops will be examined and the appropriate punishment will be given.
3. Care of the Laptop
3.1. At the beginning of the year, you will be assigned a number to a laptop. This laptop will be your responsbility; therefore, you must make sure nothing is spilled on it, it receives frequent cleanings, and software updates are done often. (Your job is to inform your teacher of software updates, you need not to do it on your own.)
4. During Class
4.1. Laptops are only to be used for classroom use. Each time we use them, I will explain how and what to use. Free time may be given periodically if the class is able to prove they are responsible enough to handle them.
