2. Display Devices

2.1. Is and output device that visually convays text,graphics and video information. The information on a display device,sometime called softcopy,exists eletronically and appears for temporary period.

2.2.1. LCD Monitors and LCD Screen

2.2.1.1. An LCD monitors is a desktop monitor that use liquid crystal to produce images. LCD monitors produce sharp,flicker-free images. LCD monitors are avaliable in variety sizes,with more common being 17,19,20,22,24,26 and 27 inches - some are 45 or 65 inches. Mst are widescreen,which are wider than they are tall.

2.2.2. Plasma Monitors

2.2.2.1. Is a display device that uses gas plasma technology,which sandwichs a layer of gas between 2 glass plate. When voltage is applied, the gas release ultraviolet light that causes the pixel on the screen to grow and form an image

2.2.3.1. Is a desktop mointors that contain a cathode-ray tube. Inside CRT ,an electron beam moves back and forth across the back of screen. This cause the dots on front of screen to grow, which produces an images on the screen.
