4. Philip Hammond ministry of defence- philip hammond is incharge of the british force and chooses how there budget is spent and what cuts and changes need to be made.

4.1. British Army- the goverment run the british army and all other public services they deside on there budgets and cut they also deside on recruient and benefits from joining

4.1.1. defence vetting agency- this is a charity organistion set up by government to help the british armed forces with recuitment and infentry
