1. 2. Set KRA by Department following Business Plan that already set.
2. 1. HR is to provide guidance, tool, template to guide HODs to exercise
3. 3. Discuss among HODs to get mutual consent on Depts KRA / Approval by CM and GD
4. 4. Send final KRA setting to HR to manage & HOD to put into GEMS system
5. 5. HR is to manage all KRA monthly to follow up status and keep track, and advise for any adjustment
6. 6. yearly consolidate the KRA result to report to CM/GD and manage Performance review.
