3.1. Professionalism such as, showing up on time, being ready to take care of work, and executing all these skills is part of having a "good" job
3.2. Professionalism set a good relationship with managers/employers
3.3. Having the ability to present your self in a professional manor
4. Communication
4.1. Communication set the work force, it sets task and delivers the team ethic
4.2. Teams who communicate well will be more successfull
4.3. Ideas, and solutions can flow through communication
5. Enthusiasm/Positive Attitude
5.1. Showing your employee that you have the desire to work it will effect how you succeed on the job
5.2. Positive Attitude helps relationships with co-workers
5.3. Enthusiasm is key for getting the job done, if you enjoy what you're doing you'll get it done. You aren't enjoying it, the task will remain uncomplete
