1.2. Supportive and substantial planning initiates curriculum development. At this point the first thing that the planning team should do is to scrutinize existing curricula, appreciate contemporary issues and investigate sustainable strategies for developing curricula.
2. Phase 2: Design

2.2. The Design Phase forms the cornerstone of curriculum development. Within this phase, a Design team will finalize student learning outcomes (SLOs), suggest appropriate instructional strategies and produce sample lesson plans, teacher resources, and assessments that are congruent with SLOs. Finally, the team should determine key data points during implementation.
3. Phase 3: Implementation

3.1.1.1.1. ABC 11th Grade Teachers: 1 Special Education Teacher, 2 Honors teachers, 1 Cambridge certified teacher, 2 General Educaiton Teacher, and ELA Department Head
3.2. Phase 3 involves implementing the developed curriculum in classrooms so as to validate content, instructional strategies, resources and SLOs. In addition to this, it is advisable that such a team gathers data identifying critical areas of focus during the implementation process.
4. Phase 4: Evaluate
