1. SAMR
1.1. Stands for Subsitution, Augmentation, Modification and Redifinition. Framework outlining how teachers can utilize technology to maximize student engagement.
1.2. Different levels of technology usefull ness, moving from enhancing to transforming student learning.
1.3. Transforming student learning is what we as teachers want to aim for, rather than just replicating the same task from paper.
2. TPACK
2.1. Technological, Pedagogical, and Content Knowledge. Framework that looks at how teachers can successfully integrate technology into their pedagogy with relevance to the content they are teaching.
3. 21st Century Learners
3.1. 3 Concepts- Foundational Knowledge, Meta Knowledge, and Humanistic Knowledge. Concerned with the characteristics students needs to be successful in the 21st Century.
4. Philosophy of Teachnology
4.1. A teacher's personal philosophy on how they use technology as a teaching tool in the classroom. Includes beliefs about the roles of teachers and students and teaching methods with regards to technology.
