5.3. Make sure you have proper training and keep up on it so your teaching is up to date

6.1. treat kids fairly and make sure you know the age you are dealing with

6.2. always make sure the child is safe and comfortable in situation

6.3. make sure relationships with students are appropriate and remember how others would view you dating a former student

7. Responsibility to community

7.1. Always make sure you get back to people who may contact you in a timely fashion

7.2. Treat everyone the same no matter where they live or the color of skin

7.3. understand that some gifts may be to persuade you to do something unethical

7.4. only guardians or parents are allowed to see information unless required by law.

7.6. make sure things are done by state federal and district policy

8.1. Everything you post on social media can be viewed by the public

8.2. Always know the rules for usage of technology

8.3. Let parents and students know the benefits and consequences of technology use

8.4. Students are informed of plagiarism and consequences if they are used
