2.1. The endorphins are released throughout your body from the brain.
2.2. You will be able to sleep better with the endorphins released throughout your body.
2.3. Endorphins will help your mood when you are angry.
3. Social
3.1. You'll be able to interact with friends and family.
3.2. You can get along with people in classes/clubs.
3.3. You can build new relationships.
