1. Current Thinking about Technology
1.1. "Technology can be defined as the application of organized knowledge to practical tasks by ordered systems of people and machines." (Ian Barbour)
1.2. Technology is not just hardware or software for me now. My whole mindset has changed that, technology is any method or tool which helps to extend human abilities like, communication, transportation, medicines, data systems or manufacturing.
1.3. “Technology is quite literally the lever for being able to take natural resources and able to make something better out of them.”(Marc Andressen, 2020 )

3.2. Before understanding anything about technology, it was just a source of entertainment and communication for me. I always saw technology as digital media, social media, gaming platforms or using internet.
4. How Have my Ideas Changed?
4.1. Now Technology is no more about smartphones, laptops, cameras. It is essential part of our life.
4.2. Technology is now evolving in the field of medicine, communication, transportation, processes like crop irrigation, printing press inventions etc.
4.3. “Technology can, indeed, be defined as a pursuit of power over nature.” (Robert Friedel)
5. Why Do we need new technologies?
5.1. We need technology to live a sustainable life.
5.2. It make human life easy by reducing the work.
5.3. The world is facing new problems like, scarcity, climate changes, health emergencies. So new technologies can help to promote new innovations.
