2.2. Trust is a important foundation to have in a team. Storng trust is needed between all members to achieve a goal. A mutual trust means that they can talk about any problems or errors without being met with negativity and holding them in.

3.1. Having strategies in teamworking, will ensure for smooth flowing collaboration and easy completion of a task within the team.

5.1. Having good communication can help prevents members from doing the same tasks twice and ensure that the team understand their roles better.

5.2. Effective commuication within the team helps everyone get to know each other better, which makes it easier to assign suitable roles to each memeber
