How To Install Movable Type

1. Check Server And Database Requirements

1.1. OS: Linux / Unix or Windows

1.2. Database: MySQL or PostgreSQL or SQLite

1.3. CGI / Perl

1.4. PHP

2. Download Movable Type ( http://www.movabletype.org/download.html )

3. Upload files to the server

3.1. Use FTP client such as Cute FTP

3.2. Files should be uploaded to " cgi-bin " folder

4. Go to www.yoursite.com/cgi-bin/mt.cgi and follow the instructions on screen for the installation procedure
