1.3. Support technological and pedagogical innovations

2.1. Look for apps, tools, sites and teaching resources takes time.
2.2. Work in teams
2.3. Their ownership and their explotation take some time
2.4. There is no enoguh time with other task and roles the teachers have.
3. Professional Development
3.1. Professional knowledge and skills of some teachers are weak.
3.2. Lack of trust and innovation
3.2.1. Lack of interest in ICT
3.3. Resistance to change and integrate ICT of some teachers.
3.3.1. No governmental policy to require the use of ICT in Primary
3.3.2. Lack of confidence in their own abilities
