5. constraints and limitations
5.1. the project has a limit on money, non-eco-friendly housing ,and transportation

5.1.2. housing must be eco-friendly (eco-lodges, hostels) and they must stay together
5.1.3. transportation must be eco-friendly and affordable (carpool, vans, buses)

5.2.1. must be eco-tourism and cultural significant

5.4. the trip must be planned by the time they graduate college
5.5. trip must be at least 2 weeks long
6. key tasks and timelines
6.1. the key tasks are making an itinerary that the client is happy with
6.1.1. the itinerary must be given to the customer 2 weeks before the trip incase of any requests or changes
6.2. trip must be at least 2 weeks long with a well-spaced itinerary
6.2.1. give a 2-month planning period to create the itinerary to sort out timing and plan activities

7.1. sickness
7.1.1. have travel insurance, pre-check health 1 week out, have emergency services on speed dial
7.2. cancelation
7.2.1. have insurance, have a backup plan for a different number of clients, have client sign an agreement that states no refunds
7.3. weather
7.3.1. pack appropriate clothing, have a flexible schedule with outdoor and indoor activites being interchangable, and plan around weather
7.4. money
7.4.1. ensure the trip does not exceed the client's budget, make the trip cost clear to the client as soon as possible, leave room for extra charges
7.5. world problems
7.5.1. make sure no political issues are occuring where it is dangerous to enter the country, have an escape plan from the country incase soemthing happens
