Steps taken to obtain desired substance in the lab

1. Step 8: Leave the apparatus to cool before dismantling the structure.
2. Step 7:Stop the experiment when only salt remains in the container.
3. Step 6:Wet the bag and place it on the cooling surface. When the bag becomes warm, remove it and wet it once more before placing it over a cooling surface. Repeat this until condensation occurs.
4. Step 2: Fill container with a small amount of water to test for holes.
5. Step 1: Create a container with aluminium foil. Use wires to strengthen container.
6. Step 5:Place container on wire mesh which in on a tripod stand, light the Bunsen burner and begin heating. Place cooling surface over container and secure it with metal wires
7. Step 4:Use the remaining aluminum foil to create a cooling surface and use the metal wires to hold it in place.
