What Does This TC Do: Reality?

1. Maintenance
1.1. Our TC will assist teachers in trying to fix problems before sending it to our help desk.
2. Janitor
2.1. Our TC will take old technology not be used and dispose of it, pass out new technology, and clean up school network/web portal problems.
3. Communication
3.1. Our TC passes along communication from the district technology help desk that relates to printing and updates.
