2.2. Application that gives financial aid which includes loans, grants, college work study and other federal and state program

2.3. May be required before a student can be considered a scholarship

3. Tuition

3.1. Amount you pay for each credit hour of enrollment Does not include cost for books, fees, or room and board

4. ACT SAT

4.1. ACT- American College Test

4.2. SAT- Scholastic Aptitude Test

4.3. Both test are to measure a students knowledge in areas like math, science English and social studies

4.4. Colleges may require one of these test before granting admission

5. Vocational Training Schools

5.1. Privately Owned

5.1.1. Training Options Cosmetology Computer Technology

5.1.2. Mechanical Repair Medical Assistance ect.

5.2. 12 months to 3 years to complete Open Admissions- all students interested are able to enter

6. Community Colleges & Junior Colleges

6.1. Usually 2 year Associates degree Students who want to go for 4 years usually get transfered to 4-year colleges

6.2. Offer specialized training in certain areas just like vocational schools

6.3. Affordable and prepare students to work right away after graduation
