6.1. Team Meetings. There are 4 types of meetings: Decision making, Working, Feedback, Celebration

6.1.1. Preparation at 100%. Planed Agenda as short as possible. Know members opinion about hot topics, adjust or discuss it in advanced.

6.1.2. Sharp Start, sett effective positive mood. Be an example.

6.1.3. Keeping time and focus under control. Start&Finish in time.
