1. There are different types of Switches. A type of way to make a simple switch is: use 2 split pins and a piece of cardboard and a paper clip, you poke the 2 split pins in the piece of cardboard and split them but make sure they are not touching. then on the other side of the 2 split pins you put the paper clip and put it in a circuit, when the paper clip touches the top of the split pin it will work.
