" Teacher attitudes towards including special educational needs pupils in mainstream settings were found to have a significant impact on how they managed their classroom learning environments and how adequately they perceived available support." This article could be of great use to me as a future teacher, enhancing my ability to view other teachers perceptions and views and perhaps understand why they think this way.

This article also talks about how administrative forces influence the thinking of special educators. Educators are often intimidated by administration and fail to advocate for their students with special abilities. This source is important to me, because as a future educator I can implement these tactics for the betterment of myself and my students.

4.3. This source reflects on the obvious disparity as it relates to graduation the rate of students with special needs and those with out special needs. This report also spoke with directors of special education programs all over the states and ask them their methods to close this large gap. The techniques used in this article are techniques I can put into affect in my future classrooms.

5.3. This article speaks of a disparity in special education as it relates to minorities. This is examined over a 5 year time span. As numbers did show that the amount of African Americans who were deemed as having intellectual disabilities began to decrease but those of Hispanic decent began to increase.
