1.1.1. ABCD: I chose this website because it shows some of the things you have to go through having Social Anxiety.

1.1.1.1. Notes: Matthew's Story. Triggers of this and its more mental and hard to find a cure.

1.1.1.1.1. Synthesis: With all of my sources and my notes this they haven't found a cure because it is more of a mental thing. You can get out of it but you have to go do stuff like go up and sit by people and just try to make friends. YOU have to be the one that tries to get out of it. People can try to come help you and talk to you, but it just comes down to you trying to get out of this bad disorder.

1.3.2. ABCD: I like this source because it has a good perspective of if you can get out of the this Social Anxiety.

1.3.2.1. Notes: This talks about this lady and how she I was a very happy and confident person; social situations never bothered me in the slightest. I would not say I could talk in front of a thousand people, but generally I was pretty confident and had little trouble with social situations. She also talks on how important it is to control it and try to go out there and try to break out of the shell called social anxiety.

Notes: " About 15 million American adults have social anxiety disorder Typical age of onset: 13 years old . 36 percent of people with social anxiety disorder report symptoms for 10 or more years before seeking help . Although they recognize that the fear is excessive and unreasonable, people with social anxiety disorder feel powerless against their anxiety. They are terrified they will humiliate or embarrass themselves. The anxiety can interfere significantly with daily routines, occupational performance, or social life, making it difficult to complete school, interview and get a job, and have friendships and romantic relationships. Social anxiety disorder usually begins in childhood or adolescence, and children are prone to clinging behavior, tantrums, and even mutism."

2.2.1. ABCD: I picked this because I wanted to see someone that copes with this and he talks about how he does that.

2.2.1.1. Notes : It is a time line on how his life and how he has has coped with it.

2.2.1.1.1. Synthesis: These sources were pretty good but they also were kind a the same thing in a lot of them. Like I said in the first question synthesis. This is more of a mental thing medicine can calm you down but a lot of people that try to get out of this can if they just try to become more social. CBT therapy.

3.1.1. ABCD: I picked this website because Mayo clinic is one of the best hospitals in the world and I didn't know much about Social Anxiety until this website. This gave me a lot of good stuff and it is credible because it is from a prestigious hospital.

3.3.2. ABCD: This source is good because it gets under the surface with its knowledge on the problems that they face.

3.3.2.1. Notes: Problems that people with this face is that it is a lot harder for them to make friends or meet new people. They are awkward socially and are afraid to talk because they feel that they are going to embarrass them selves in front of people so they want to be secluded and not be with these people so they don't have a chance to embarrs themselves or say something stupid.

3.4.2.1. Notes:" Before I suffered with anxiety I was a very happy and confident person; social situations never bothered me in the slightest. I would not say I could talk in front of a thousand people, but generally I was pretty confident and had little trouble with social situation. When anxiety first hit me, I worried continuously about what was causing the sensations I was feeling. I thought deeply, day in, day out, trying to figure a way out of my own personal hell.
