7.1. 1- achievement : Something good that you have done that was difficult .
7.2. 2- ambitious : An ambitious plan will need a lot of work and will be difficult to achieve .
7.3. 3- incentives : Something that encourages you to act in a particular way .
7.4. 4- esteem : Rrespect and admiration for someone.
7.5. 5- perks : An advantage or extra thing, such as money or goods, which you are given because of your job
7.6. 6- repetitive : Involving doing or saying the same thing several times, especially in a way that is boring.
7.7. 7- responsibility : To have a duty to work for or help someone who is in a position of authority over you
7.8. 8- wages :To fight a war or organize a series of activities in order to achieve something.

8.1. 1- autonomous: Independent and having the power to make your own decisions .
8.2. 2- delegate : A person chosen or elected by a group to speak, vote, etc. for them, especially at a meeting .
8.3. 3- conflicts : An active disagreement between people with opposing opinions or principles .
8.4. 4- merger: an occasion when two or more companies join together to make one larger company .
8.5. 5- outsourcing :If a company outsources, it pays to have part of its work done by another company .
8.6. 6- line authority :The control that a manager has over workers .
8.7. 7- wikinomics :A description of the way the relationship between businesses and markets has changed because of much greater involvement of customers and users directly with products or companies. This is a combination of the words 'wiki' and 'economics .
8.8. 8- superior :Better in quality than other things of a similar type .
8.9. 9- permission: The act of allowing someone to do something.
8.10. 10- recession: A period when the economy of a country is not successful and conditions for business are bad .

9.8. 8- critical mass: the smallest amount of matter that is needed to produce a nuclear chain reaction

11.1. 1- colleagues: One of a group of people who work together.
11.2. 2- crisis : A moment during a serious illness when there is the possibility of suddenly getting either better or worse .
11.3. 3- Fires/sacked To remove someone from a job, usually because they have done something wrong or badly, or sometimes as a way of saving the cost of employing them .
11.4. 4- modify: To change something such as a plan, opinion, law, or way of behaviour slightly, usually to improve it or make it more acceptable .

11.9. 9- resign : To give up a job or position by telling your employer that you are leaving .

12.1. 1- stereotype: A fixed and often unfair or untrue idea of what a particular type or person or thing is like.
12.2. 2- logical : Thinking or acting according to the rules of logic .
12.3. 3- collectivist : To bring face to face with .
12.4. 4- characteristic : (Opposite uncharacteristic) typical (of a person etc).
12.5. 5- diversity : To make or become varied or different.
12.6. 6- localization: involving or relating to different countries, or (of a business) operating in different countries
12.7. 7- globalization : especially of a business) to operate or spread all over the world
12.8. 8- glocalization: the idea that in globalization local conditions must be considered

13.8. 8- shortlist : a list of people who have been judged the most suitable for a job or prize, made from a longer list of people originally considered, and from which one person will be chosen
