7.1. 1- achievement : Something good that you have done that was difficult .

7.2. 2- ambitious : An ambitious plan will need a lot of work and will be difficult to achieve .

7.3. 3- incentives : Something that encourages you to act in a particular way .

7.4. 4- esteem : Rrespect and admiration for someone.

7.5. 5- perks : An advantage or extra thing, such as money or goods, which you are given because of your job
