1.1.1. She was a friend of Bod. And they became friends when they first met at the graveyard.
1.2. How does Bod feel about her?
1.2.1. When she told Bod that he was not a stranger as he is her friend, page 41 of the book, he felt cheerful, because "Bod smiled rarely, but he smiled then, hugely and with delight."
1.2.2. Bod was also comfortable and friendly with Scarlett because, page 43 of the book, "Bod would introduce Scarlett to some of his other friends."
1.2.3. Bod has developed feelings for her, in page 289 of the book, "I liked her"
2. MOTHER SLAUGHTER
2.1. What is her relationship with Bod?
2.1.1. She is a ghost who lived at the graveyard together with Bod.
2.2. How does Bod feel about her?
2.2.1. Bod felt that Mother Slaughter is motherly figure towards him, because in page 297 of the book, "Mother Slaughter peered at him sharply. What did you do to your forehead?"
2.2.2. He felt that Mother Slaughter cares and loved him, in page 298, "scrubbed the blood from Bod's forehead."
3. THE MAN JACK
3.1. What is his relationship with Bod?
3.1.1. He was sent by his mysterious organisation to kill Bod's whole family although Bod escaped.
3.1.2. When Bod first learns about him, he wants vengeance. In page 181 of the book, Bod says "If I go outside of the world, the question isn't 'Who will keep me safe from him... It's who will keep him safe from me?'"
3.2. How does Bod feels about him?
3.2.1. Later, when Scarlett is in danger, page 262-263 of the book, Bod begins to feel a fear of Jack , because although Jack cannot hurt him, he can hurt his friends.
4. SILAS
4.1. What is his relationship with Silas?
4.1.1. Silas is a ghost who also lives in the graveyard with him.
4.2. How does Bod feels about him?
4.2.1. Silas is very protective and caring towards Bod, in page 291 of the book, "I gave my words... I am here until you are grown."
4.2.2. He felt upset when, in page 289 of the book, Silas tried to erase Scarlett's memory about Bod, "How could you make her forget me... Bod tried to smile, but he could not find a smile inside himself."
