1. Visibility of system status

1.1. Keep the users informed about what is going on when they tracking the order. It will show the users that the the "system is tracking please wait.".

1.2. Keep the customers informed about where is the package in a map and it is very clear. The map is clear and easy for the users to understand.

2. Match between system and the real world

2.1. The website uses simple english with words, phrases and concepts familiar to the users. The website does not use acronyms in maps. For example for Jln Kayu they would use the full term "Jalan Kayu" to prevent confusions and not everyone would be familiar with acronyms.

2.2. The website shows a map showing where the order is. It would show in which post office in it.

3. User control and freedom

3.1. Users cannot easily exit when it is finished tracking or when tracking for order. They have to go back to the main page. It would be difficult as they can't go back to the previous page that they were visiting,

4. Error prevention

4.1. When cancelling the order, the website will send you email to confirm the cancellation to prevent cancelling other correct items.

4.2. When tracking for order, the users will have to enter their email ID on the first blank and order ID on the second blank. Users might mixed up and enter their email ID on the second blank. So to prevent this error, "email ID" would be written on the second blank.

5. Flexibility and efficiency of use

5.1. Users have to email the websites contact support to cancel their order. So it takes time to cancel order and the steps are long and efficient as they have to email the contact support and wait for their email to cancel their order.

6. Aesthetic and minimalist design

6.1. The tab to track the order did not had any irrelevant information.

7. Help users recognize, diagnose, and recover from errors

7.1. When users enter wrong email ID or order ID when tracking their order, a window will pop up saying that the user had entered wrong email or order ID. And it will prompt the users to check their email ID and ask them to go to their email to check whether they had entered the correct order ID.

8. Help and documentation

8.1. If the users don't know how to track their order they have to call the customer service as the website don't provide help on the steps to track order.
