1. Eat healthy, get in shape

1.1. Have 3 meals every day

1.2. Drink plenty of milk and water, less soda/juice

1.3. Eat from all the food groups, avoid having dessert too often

1.4. Work out at least 5 days a week

2. Get full night's sleeps

2.1. Get to bed early & don't sleep too late

3. Get straight A's

3.1. Read and re-read texts

3.3. Take good notes in class

3.4. Make flash cards to learn concepts, vocab words

3.5. Be involved in class, participate

3.6. Reward self for good study habits

4. Form strong friendships with reliable people

4.1. Be open and kind to new people

4.2. Don't take it personally if you don't get along with new people

4.3. Don't keep friends that make you feel pressured to be someone you're not
